For orders over Rs.1000, nationwide shipping is free. For orders below Rs.1000 a delivery fees of Rs.60 is charged.

Orders that have already been packed or sent cannot be changed or canceled.
We only ship through reputable courier providers to ensure that your product arrives on time and in good condition. However, delivery schedules have been affected as a result of COVID-19.
In most cases, we deliver products within 5 business days of receiving an order confirmation. If you live in a non-metro area, all products should arrive between 3 to 12 days, and delivery to really distant locations may take longer, but this is highly unlikely.
Custom orders, special orders, and pre-order bookings are not included in these timescales. Each of them will have its own timetable, which will be specified in the product description.
After receiving your order, it will be dispatched within 3-7 business days. We will cancel the unshipped portion of your order if we are unable to ship your entire order within 7 days of placing it. In this scenario, your payment for the unshipped items in your order will be reimbursed to you in the same manner that it was received.
